What we collect

• Contact information you give us: name, email, phone, and company. Collected when you join the waitlist or ask us a question.
• Basic site analytics in aggregate: pages viewed and referring source. We do not build advertising profiles.
• Client project data only as needed to deliver the work agreed in your contract.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, deliver services, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Nothing else.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not place advertising or social media trackers on this site.
• We do not use client data to train public AI models.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that make this business run: email delivery, hosting, and accounting. Each is bound to protect it. We also share where required by law. Client engagements involving protected health information are governed by our business associate agreement and the practices on our HIPAA page.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept while a relationship is active and for as long as our records obligations require. Waitlist entries are removed on request.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to support@localCLT.ai. We will confirm in writing when it is done.

Security

Access to systems is limited, authenticated, and logged. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where we control storage.
