Six services, one purpose: fewer hours spent on work a computer should be doing, and better information when you make a decision. Most clients start with one and expand once it pays off.
We spend time in your operation: the software you use, the spreadsheets holding it together, the tasks your people dread. Then we return a ranked plan covering what to automate, what to leave alone, what it should cost, and what the payback looks like. The plan is yours whether or not you hire us to build it.
Web and mobile applications built around your process instead of a vendor’s. Quoting tools, job tracking, patient or member portals, internal admin systems. You get the source code and the data, and we document it so another developer could pick it up.
The repetitive middle of the day: intake forms that become records, quotes that become invoices, documents that get filed and named correctly, reports that send themselves on Monday morning. Small automations compound faster than most owners expect.
Assistants grounded in your own documents, pricing, and policies, with clear limits on what they may answer and an immediate handoff to a person when the question matters. Deployed on your site, your phone line, or inside your team’s tools.
One view where the numbers agree. Revenue, margin by job or service, pipeline, staff capacity, collections. Pulled automatically from the systems you already run, so no one is rebuilding a spreadsheet at month end.
Accounting, CRM, scheduling, payroll, and field tools connected so a record is entered once. Fewer double entries, fewer disagreements about which system is right.
We walk your workflows and name the places where AI or software pays for itself.
A written scope, a fixed price, and the expected return. No retainer required.
Working software reviewed with you weekly, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Documentation, staff training, and support you can end whenever you choose.
Independent practices and clinics that need automation without putting patient information at risk. We build to HIPAA requirements, sign business associate agreements, and keep protected health information out of consumer AI tools.
Small staffs carrying large responsibilities. Donor records, member communication, volunteer scheduling, and grant reporting are all places where a few hours a week come back to the mission.
You approve a written scope and a price before work starts. If we discover the job is smaller than expected, the price comes down.
You get the source code, a license to use and change it, and every account in your name. Hire anyone you like to take it further. No hostage situations, no proprietary lock-in.
No jargon in status updates, no slide decks to decode. If we cannot explain a decision simply, we have not thought it through.
Some of what we build for you is specific to your business. Some of it could help another company solve a similar problem. We think the fair thing is to say that plainly and let you decide, rather than leave it buried in a contract.
By default we keep the right to generalise the parts that are not specific to you, and the price reflects that. If you would rather the work stay yours alone, we can scope exclusivity by industry, region, and length of time, and price it accordingly. Either way you keep the source code and a license to use and change it.
We also will not build a competitor a copy of your system inside your own market while we are working together. If that matters to you, we will put it in writing.
